Joanna supports our executive team and manages our project work. With over 10 years of experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, Joanna is passionate about improving organizational processes, delivering high-quality programs, and advancing equity and inclusion in Canada. Joanna has built companies from the ground up, contributed to a public listing on the TSX and led the creation of a board diversity program which won the Governance Professionals of Canada’s 2023 Excellence in Governance Award (DEI category). Joanna holds a BA Hons. from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations with Ivey Business School at Western University.
